Cheap insurance:



Anti-flashback valves, for Oxy Acetylene torches.
Does just what it says, stops the flame from
traveling through the hose to the tank.

Very cheap insurance.
The ass you save might be your own.

Some people don't like them, when installed on
the torch; because it makes the torch heavier.

A compromise, is to install them on the regulators.

To prevent tools and equipment from rusting,
get some Boeshield. http://boeshield.com/



WD-40 is better than nothing,
this stuff is 1000 times better.

Spray on a small amount,
then wipe to spread it around.
The solvents will evaporate,
leaving a dry protective film.

Do not use RTV Silicone sealer anywhere in the fuel system.
It will absorb the fuel, and swell up.

Bad idea.
